- 1 1/2 oz IslandJon Apple Gwayav
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1/2 oz Calvados Apple Brandy
- Top with Prosecco / Cava
- Garnish with Apple Slice
BLACK TEA NEGRONI
- 1 1/2 oz IslandJon Legacy Reserve
- 3/4 oz Black Tea Infused Vermouth
- 3/4 oz Campari
- Garnish with an Orange Twist
CARIB OLD FASHIONED
- 2 oz IslandJon Apple Gwayav
- 1/4 oz Ginger Demerara Syrup
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- Garnish with Picked Cherry & Apple Fan
COCO VANILLA PIÑA COLADA
- 2 oz IslandJon Coconut Vanilla
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- Garnish with Pineapple Wedge
COCO-ESPRESSO MARTINI
- 2 oz IslandJon Coconut Vanilla
- 1 Espresso Capsule (pod)
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Garnish with Coconut Rim
GREEN MILE
- 2 oz IslandJon Mango Peach
- 3/4 oz Green Tea Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 5-7 Mint Leaves
- Top with Soda Water
- Garnish with Lime Wheel & Fresh Mint
GUAVA DROP
- 1 oz IslandJon Apple Gwayav
- 2 oz Simply Lemonade
- Sparkling Mineral Water
- Garnish with Mint Leaves
Add vodka and lemonade to tin with ice. Shake, strain and pour over ice. Top with Sparkling Mineral Water and garnish with fresh mint.
GUAVARITA SPRITZ
- 1 oz IslandJon Apple Gwayav
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Agave Syrup (Optional)
- Sparkling Mineral Water
- Garnish with a Lime Wheel
Add ingredients to tin with ice. Shake, strain and pour over ice. Top with Sparkling Mineral Water.
MANGO DROP
- 1 oz IslandJon Mango Peach
- 2 oz Simply Lemonade
- Sparkling Mineral Water
- Garnish with Mint Leaves
Add vodka and lemonade to tin with ice. Shake, strain and pour over ice. Top with Sparkling Mineral Water and garnish with fresh mint.
MANGO PEACH DAIQUIRI SUNSET

- 2 oz IslandJon Mango Peach Vodka
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup (or honey syrup for depth)
- 0.5 oz peach purée (or muddled fresh peach if in season)
- 2–3 chunks of fresh ripe mango (or 1 oz mango purée)
- Crushed ice
- Garnish with fresh peach slice, mango spear, or a mint sprig
TROPIC MIMOSA
- 1/2 oz IslandJon Mango Peach
- 1/2 oz Peach Reàl (Peach Purée Syrup)
- Prosecco
- Garnish with Orange Wedge
Add vodka and peach to glass. Fill to top with Prosecco. Garnish with an orange wedge.
SLOW ROLL SWIZZLE
- 2 oz IslandJon Coconut Vanilla
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 2 Drops Orange Flower Water
- Fresh Mint
- Garnish with Coconut Rim & Fresh Mint
SPARROW’S CUP

- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Pimm’s No. 1
- 3/4 oz Chile Syrup
- 1/2 oz Ginger Liqueur
- Top with Soda Water
- Garnish with Cucumber & Chili
